Stress-test

Do you know your body well-enough? By carrying out a stress-test, you will be able to know exactly how your body works when doing sport.

How does a stress-test work?

A stress-test is a procedure to evaluate the physical 

conditions of an athlete. The athlete will be training

nearly at his/her limit, performing a considerable effort.

We will check your maximum heart rate, VO2 max and

aerobic and relative intensity tolerance threshold by using a test.

The tests are carried out in specific areas such as: running

tracks, roads with a slope, indoor cycling tracks, swimming

pools, etc.

The athlete's specialisation decides what the test protocol is going to be.
